Holiday Sales Associate

We are hiring a Sales Associate for the Holiday 2021 season, who will assist us with sales on the floor as well as fulfilling online orders. This role requires an individual who is reliable and willing to work weekend & evening shifts. Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Complete day to day sales associate tasks on the sales floor and in the storeroom
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by combining sales and product knowledge to exceed customer expectations
- Engage with customers with an energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
- Maintain an awareness of product knowledge & upcoming releases
- Contribute to our exciting, positive and fast paced work environment
Qualifications:
- Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Fast learner with outstanding attention to detail
- Comfortable on a computer & iPad with POS systems (or willingness to learn)
- Physical stamina (will require carrying/ lifting large & heavy boxes)
- Ability to multitask efficiently
(Must be able to work Friday & Saturday evenings)
