What are your business hours?
Our store is currently open to 10 walk- in customers at a time. We are open from 10am - 6pm Monday - Thursday, and 9am- 7pm Friday & Saturday. If you are still not comfortable shopping in store then shop our website 24/7 and we will have your order ready for a contactless pickup!

Where are you located?
We are only located at 49 Middle Road Warick, Bermuda WK05.
Can my order be delivered?
Currently we are unable to offer delivery within Bermuda or Internationally. Your order must be picked up from the store at 49 Middle Road Warwick, Bermuda along with your order confirmation.
Do you give cash refunds or credit/ debit card refunds?
We do not give cash or debit/ credit card refunds. However, you can exchange your product at our store or receive a store credit, given that it abides by our return policy.
Can I change my order?
After your order has been placed you cannot change your order. However, please get in contact with us as soon as possible and we can arrange for you to exchange at our store, or we can give you a store credit (must be done in person).
