With effort to reduce the spread of COVID- 19, shopping on our website allows you to have a completely contactless shopping experience with us! 

  The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and team is our top priority. The Sports Source is currently open with a maximum of 20 customers at a time. We are requiring: 

*Our Customers: 

• Please ensure that you have your own sock when trying on our footwear. 
• Sanitize before entering store
• Use of face mask is optional, but highly recommended.  
• Maintain physical distancing of 6ft 
• Respect 20 customer limit within our store
• Please refrain from touching display shoes where possible & please DO NOT try on the shelf shoe. 

*Our Team: 

• Sanitise in between transactions 
• Proper use of face mask  (covering nose and mouth)
• Disinfect card machine 
• Disinfect door handles 

For the ultimate contactless experience, shop on our website for curbside pickup. Just give us a call when you are outside and we will deliver to your car! 

Order Procedure

1. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Save this, as we might ask for you to show it to us when you collect!  

2.You should expect for your order to take 1 business day to process (we do aim to take no more than a few hours to fill), and then you should receive an e-mail when your order is ready for collection!  

3. When you come to collect just give us a call and we can bring it directly to your car! 

*our confirmation and pickup e-mail might go into your 'junk' or 'spam' inbox!
